The above tag is what we will be creating. It is written for PSP9

These tuts are for everyone beginners included.

Supplies needed

Plugins needed Xenofex Constellation and VM Extravaganza

Tube of choice, I used art by Keith Garvey you need a licence to use his art see Sticker chick

Supplies

ChainznFrames by KellyJ - we use 2 of them in this tut

Silver bar (or make your own) and small chain

All in zip here

Install plugins to plugin folder

1. Open a new document 500 by 500 white background.

2. New layer grab your rounded rectangle preset shape black background silver/grey foreground.Draw out a Rectangle similar in size to the tube you are using. Convert to raster and duplicate

3. Ok on the duplicated layer go adjust>blur>gausian blur and set radius to 22.77

3. Ok now effects>plugins>VM Extravaganza >Transmission
The default settings should be fine if not use

Line width - 6
Offset - 0
Contrast 40

4. Right now move this layer behind your other black rectangle.

5. Ok looking good so far, Now grab your text tool and type a few lines of text like my 'sugar and spice' text making sure it fits in your rectange box. Then lover the opacity to 50 on your text layer

6.Now open the set provided by KellyJ And on raster6 grab that tube and paste as new layer on your tag. Also copy and paste the silver bar provided as a new layer arrange like below

7.Grab your eraser too and carefully erase some of the shape so its looks like the bar is going through the loops.

8. Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer, make sure it fits nicely

9. Now copy and paste the bow shape tube by KellyJ supplies

10 Resize by 80% or keep it bigger if you wish.

11. Copy and paste the small chain as a new layer and duplicate, new layer again and grab the rectangle preset shape same colours as before and draw out a small rectangle to fit to the bottom of your tag. Make sure you draw it big enough to hold your name.

12. Resize the small chains if needed, and arange behind the rectangle so it looks like they are suspending from your main shape (see mine)

13. Ok a good thing to do just now id hide out all the layers including your background layer leaving just the small black rectangle and the big main black rectangle and merge visible - this is the part we will be animating so its best to merge these together.

14. Ok new layer add copyright info and add your name to your tag

15. Looking all finished...almost. Our favorite part ANIMATION!!

Ok select the merged layer - the one with your 2 rectangles and go effects>plugins>Xenofex>constellation these settings:

16. Apply and save as image1.png

17. Edit>undo constellation. then redo it this time hit random seed once. Save your tag as image2.png

18. Again edit undo, and reapply hitting random seed again, save as image3.png

Over to animation shop

16.Click on the animation wizard button

17. Follow the steps changing the frame rate to 10 and add your images when prompted
